We love our fury friends, but keeping the house clean with them can be a challenge.  Here are some tips that will help you keep things tidy:

• Use washable rugs and place one upon door entry
• Wipe your pet’s paws especially if they dig in the ground, or the outside is muddy
• Buy a high quality vacuum cleaner (some are great at picking up even dander)
• Regularly wash bedding if pets are allowed in the bed
• Consider carpet tiles in some areas of your house / or replace carpet with washable floor 
• Use dark paint to hide smears, especially for kitchen cabinets
• Use latex gloves / lint roller to rub off fur from your furniture
• Shaving cream / dish soap can help remove toughest pet stains
• Baby wipes can also help remove some stains 
• Use decorative throws that are affordable and washable
• Give your pet regular baths and pedicures if possible
• Create easy-clean areas where pets can hang out instead allowing them to be in the entire house all day
