Here at Sentimental Cleaning we offer a variety of different cleaning types such as basic cleans, deep cleans, construction clean ups, move ins and more. The deep clean is our most challenging type of cleaning we offer. The reason for this is because our deep cleans include all appliances inside and outside. The oven is the most challenging part of our deep clean typically. The oven being one of the major items in the kitchen is the one used most often and thus becomes the most challenging item to clean when it comes down to it. How do we approach this? We start off by applying a heavy degreaser onto the oven and let it sit for a while. When we return to the oven we scrub it with a steel wool brush with the degreaser that was applied. Sometimes we have to scrub then reapply degreaser let it sit and repeat the process. This whole process can take up to 30 minutes – 1 hour of time. Not only is the oven cleaned but so is the stove top during our deep clean. Cleaning both of these items during our deep clean takes the most time. We wipe the pilots, stove top, oven trays, oven lid, an other exterior surfaces of stove. Depending on its condition can lead to a very time consuming cleaning process on our deep clean.
